Not light-hearted as I was expecting. Some interesting exploration of morality, evil, religion, and political activism, but did not make up for the lack of real plot action. It seemed to drag on and I got tired of reading it. From what I had heard about the Broadway show, I was expecting a very different type of read. Would not really recommend.
