Reactivated: Deacon by Charissa Gracyk was a super action packed, suspenseful romance! The situations that Deacon, Adrian, Adri and everyone find themselves in were intense and kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next. I loved getting to see cameos of the Slater Security team in action helping out the Project Phoenix crew. I also enjoyed how we saw a softer side to Deacon when he interacted with Duke and Adri. The childhood flashbacks with Deacon and Adri allowed for some emotional moments between those two. The nefariousness of Dr. Phineas Dunn is ramped up and I can't wait to see how it is resolved in Adrian's story.

P.S. I'm freaking excited about Aidan's story. He' s been a favorite of mine for a while and the POV scenes of his in this book, have me totally hooked. I love a good hitman romance, and we learn that Aidan is a hitman for the government. Swoon!
