I struggled between rating this a 2 or 3 but went with 3 cause 2 implies i didnt like it when i did, i just didnt love it as much as her other two books which was very disappointing. 

The blurb made it seem like the love between the MCs were gonna build but it was clear that Mal liked Nikki from the beginning so im not sure what was supposed to grow between them. Everything felt rushed, the sister was rude and weird and i didnt understand why we spent so much time going to find her wherever the hell she went. The pacing was jumping back and forth like crazy, Mal was just always there/accessible which i hated. 
I just didnt understand the point of it and it largely felt unfinished. The cute bits were cute as ever but it just lacked the hyper cuteness and feels of the other books which let it down in a big way. 
The mother was a shit “villain” overall and it was just a bit boring which took me forever to read. 
I wish it had done more.
