Oh my swoon worthy, perfect book boyfriend goodness!!! I really don't know how else to describe this book but I absolutely adored it!!!! Chris, Avery, Puff Daddy, all of the side characters made this book so amazing!!!!!! 

Christian is determined to make a name for himself as the new pitcher for the Revs. He's hot tempered and quick at the mouth. He's broody, angry and a germaphobe. He meets Avery one night out at a bar and they had extreme chemistry 🥵

Avery is tired of people especially men, only being with her to get close to her dad. After meeting Chris at the bar and having an unforgettable night, she leaves after learning he is the new pitcher for her dad's team. 

Chris is the absolute perfect book boyfriend. I loved these two and their connection. Chris didn't push Avery when she was on a sabbatical from dating. He was patient but still showed her he cared in his own way. The bond these two shared from their friendship only blossomed as their feelings grew stronger for each other. Avery helped Chris be less grumpy and a better team player, while Chris showed Avery that not every man is after her only to get to her father and can truly love her, for her. 

Also, I now need a puffin in my life!! Puff Daddy aka Puff,  stole the show every time he made an appearance.
