this book is good. as in, proper good stuff. i have this clear image of the main characters, of their faces and voices and how they take things in, and learning about them little by little is so good and satisfying. i Did figure out the killer in this book on their very first appearance, which is mildly annoying and honestly made me drop a star from this, but C.S. Poe is still a masterful writer and i was salivating for the next book in this series.
