Surprisingly sweet

I went into this expecting a quick, steamy read. I got that, yes, but also a really nice love story. The nods to old vampire folklore like the obsession with counting things were a nice touch, but I mostly just thoroughly enjoyed the sweet romance between Lark and Thea.
