All My Love
by Morgan Elizabeth
I love pretty much anything that Morgan Elizabeth writes, and I really liked this book. She definitely had me at Noah Kahan coded, and I loved that every chapter coincided with a song title of his. I did feel the inspiration behind this, and felt his influence within her writing. I also loved the rockstar vibes, and having a musician have a relationship with a songwriter. I loved that Riggins and Stella were soulmates, but it took them time to heal and return to each other. I wasn't a huge fan of Riggins basically saying that he didn't wait for her and slept around because, in his words, "what was he supposed to do", but it all is explained and I really felt for Riggins as more is revealed with the past chapters. Second chance romances have really grown on me and this was done so well, because we get a mix of past and present within the chapters and you can really see how their relationship developed, then fell apart, and how they came back together. As always, the spice in this is SO good, but I actually appreciated that it was less than her other books because it felt more meaningful between these two, given their history and everything they went through. You really could feel the connection and the hurt and heartbreak and subsequent healing that took place, and that it wasn't just "smut". Overall, I enjoyed this book and I would love to get books for all the other band members!
