I love Joey. I love her drive, her sarcasm, even her stubbornness. I’ve been wondering since the first book why Jackson left town when he was eighteen, and I’m so happy I finally know! I started getting suspicions about the reasons, and with 100 pages left I kept putting the book down because everybody was too happy and I knew it would all go to shit soon. And then it all did! But I’m very happy with how it all turned out.
