I picked up this cozy mystery series because it looked like a fun one. It was. The thing about cozies is that they're a quick, easy, and satisfying read for me. So while this is a mystery involving ghosts, it's not frightening in the least. The mystery is also not difficult to figure out on your own. But that never stops me from reading them. The characters in cozies are typically very colorful and full of personality. Night of the Living Deed is not the best cozy mystery I've ever read but it's a series I could invest a little time in. It kept me interested and entertained. As a side note, although I own this in paperback, I find cozies much more fun to listen to on audio.
