Chrissy needs to document a real haunting for her online show Othersiders. With her team Rodney and Bill, she investigates supposedly haunted places that turn out to not be haunted, and the only "proof" is Rodney faking it to make it seem like there is a haunting. She is also close to being evicted from her home and does not want to go back to living with her parents.
This was slow at first and then in the middle it got more interesting. I already knew what the plot twists were going to be before they were revealed but it didn't make the story any less entertaining. Also I wasn't a huge fan of the romance subplot between Chrissy and Rodney, but overall I still enjoyed this book and I am eager to read more from V.S. Lawrence.
