3.5 /5 I didn't enjoy this one as much as other FB books mostly because the whole angst and main issues between the characters would not have existed if one of them had just told them something earlier on in their relationship. Also, we knew exactly how it would end.
That said, it remains a story based on very well built characters. Ashton is probably one of my favourites of the entire series. His story is complicated but also very real. A modern type of lifestyle not often depicted in books. But mostly, him as a person is simply one of those Protect-at-all-costs he-deserves-so-much-better-than-he-gets type and I love him.
I'm sure Hassel will continue to wow me with outstanding characters, and hopefully their relationships and character development will be a little most interesting than this one for me.
