This book is NOT A ROMANCE repeat NOT A ROMANCE, which is fine but the main guy, Levi, is a sociopath? He doesn't have any driving emotions or reasons for his actions other than lying and trying to get his beloved spaceship back. And he's not even good at it. Vera, the main female character, is supposed to be super smart and capable but her inner monologue is all self blame and doubt and OMG I AM MAD SHE
so casually got back into league with Levi after he ABANDONED HER ... THREE TIMES
. IDK I think the author wanted to make Levi a "bad boy" but they forgot to give him any redeeming qualities like competence or humor. I also lowkey hated that all of the consensual sex was off page but the one attempted SA scene was graphic and detailed. What are we doing gang?
