Continuing on trying to learn more about the diverse and difficult journey of America. This book continues John Lewis’s memoirs about what happened after the March to Selma and the Edmund Pettits Bridge in a graphic novel format. Even in this YA format, it is hard to read and comprehend how awful humans were (and still are) to others they deem not worthy of respect and understanding. A must read.
