As someone with bipolar II disorder, I really appreciated this book. It was an accurate depiction of what it is like living with the disorder and learning that the disorder does not define who you are as a human. I really enjoyed the plot and getting to learn Mel's innermost thoughts about why she acts the way she does. The ending was so good. I highly recommend this book, especially if you want to learn more about bipolar disorder.
