So I really, really like this one. I think a lot of teens (especially girls) can relate to comparing themselves to their best friend and coming up short, as Charlie does often in this book. And wow, is her mom a lot to handle. The romance is really sweet, but I do think it wraps up a bit quickly at the end. Still, I really really enjoyed it.
