I can't believe how quickly my taste is changing. A year ago, this book probably would have been a 5-star rating from me. The YA romance tropes just don't do it for me anymore! I'm growing up!
Poorly written cliches involving cheerleaders, a tomboy accidental girlfriend, a rich asshole, etc. I was especially disappointed by the John Green "banter" because it claimed to be "clever," but it usually ended up being moronic and politically incorrect. Show me less of this.
