I devoured this book! I really loved Mayumi and Faunus. Mayumi especially, she was kind of an asshole and I loved it. Most FMC’s aren’t so harsh so I thought it was refreshing. Faunus was very witty and playful and I loved it. Personally I enjoy the monsters with a lot of humanity so I enjoyed Faunus more than Magnar.
A lot of good world building in this world and I love learning more about the Duskwalkers and their “parents.” I’m looking forward to the next book!
P.S. I loved meeting the “twins” and I’m really hoping they share a bride!
