Audiobook. This book was just OK. The idea of having a day where living people represent another who has died of a preventable accident did not sit well with me mostly because majority of the characters in the book made it a day to try and get away with stuff, not actually reflect on the “why”. The main character of this book actually sees the ghost, Becca, that he is to represent. I just did not feel a strong connection to this storyline and it seemed very far-fetched and flat; the characters were barely fleshed out. Spinelli has written other books that are much better.
