challenging informative reflective medium-paced

Not only did I learn how to recognize and challenge my own racism, I learned how to question and recognize race as a whole. I want every white person I know to read this now. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the author is a white person, so they cannot fully understand what it means to be a person of color, especially black. I understand that the author is teaching that we, as white people, need to challenge our own and other white people's racism, but it does make me wonder what black people think of all the points made in this book.
