She made the rules - so she could just break them all. That's Agatha Christie. The best at the job. 

Fun, gossipy, Poirot-yy, indulgent, probably meta? As I said - fun. 

i maybe probably definitely wanted to see a bit more of Ralph Paton. Didn't know him at all, so couldn't root for him, even when he was proved innocent by our M. Poirot.
