This book absolutely changed my life. As someone struggling with many concepts in this book reading another account is absolutely amazing and helpful. It is real and raw and funny and I really fell in love with the characters. Id recommend for anyone especially anyone who is going through any sort of anxiety/depression/bipolar etc and/or anyone who wants to understand more of that world
