If you’ve read the Melody of the Seasons series, you’ll know and remember Mel and Judd. Those two star in this series and we get a deeper look into both of their pasts as well as watch their relationship unfold in front of us. 

I won’t lie, this felt really rushed. Having read the previously mentioned series, I did know some of the things in this one already, but we see it through different eyes. It seemed to be Mel and Judd during the times we remember from Damion and Lexi’s series, just sped up and then we get more. The more is where the pacing seemed to even out for me. 

I enjoyed getting to know about the pasts of these two characters and I’m curious to see where their future heads.
