Plot follows a human girl twin who is raised by her fairy step father in Fairyland. She faces discrimination as a human and lives in constant fear of the trickery of fairies.

It was hyped on Tiktok a lot but I feel like it was just ok. The plot is super obvious and the characters were ok. I think what makes this book stand out for me is the fairy mythology since I haven't read many fairy-themed fantasy books. It includes things such as fairy's cant lie, fairys are tricksters, and fairy fruit will make you delusional and complacent. There is a scene where the main character essentially gets roofied on fairy fruit and 0/10 not a good plot point.

Overall I think this book is just being hyped since it is a enemies to lovers plot but I dunno it seemed mostly enemies to me, maybe the other two books with have more romance.
