A Night Divided by Jennifer A. Nielsen

One of my biggest surprise so far this year. Wow! That was good! We often see story about WW2 but not much about the after. This one focus on a family living in a split Berlin and that was fascinating. It was easy to read, not a dense and hard read historical fiction, it was edited by Scholastic , and can easily be read by kids around 10 years old, but it was still very enjoyable for an adult. The atmosphere, the characters and the plot, everything is engaging and emotional and I really enjoy it. It also made me want to read more on Germany at that time (from the wall building to its destruction). I highly recommend this book!!
