This booklet was originally published in the 1920s and has stuck around until today. It is full of claims that have zero research behind them. Nonetheless, I do think the man was on to something--I watched a documentary on fasting clinics and research in Russia and Germany, and coupled with anecdotal evidence, it does seem that fasting can be as close to a miracle cure that we can get.
