This has been my least favourite so far- the new cities and countries introduced feel off in a way I really dislike. The description of the world in this one makes it seem like C.S Lewis didn't like this particular bit of world building. Shasta was fine as a protagonist and Bree annoys me before he changes. Aravis was easily the best character.
Aslan as always is the main highlight and I love the idea that God can both harm and help you.
Overall this felt slightly tired, and overall not as nessecery as The Magician's Nephew.
