Description: How far would you go to find out who murdered your sister? In Emilia's case, she's willing to work with the devil to find out. Well, not quite the devil, but one of the seven wicked: Wrath. Emilia, as a witch, is not supposed to interact with the Wicked in any capacity, but she's desperate and who better to help her than Wrath to find what happened to her murdered sister? Emilia unwraps more than she was expecting, but is she dancing too close with the Wicked to get back to herself, or will she herself turn wicked?

The good:
- The world building was very interesting
- I loved the mystery of it all
- I thought it was a pretty quick read, keeping me engaged most of the time, until the bad start.

The 1.5 loss of star: Emilia's character arc for me was terrible. I couldn't start the 2nd book for a month because her personality became so insufferable.

Overall: I wish the character arc of Emilia was different, but I don't think it was a horrible book. If you like fantasy, you could like this, but again, Emilia just became so annoying I'm not really sure who could like her after book 1.
