I found it really difficult to get this book started; only able to read a chapter at a time, putting it down for days at a time etc. At first I thought this was because it isn't my typical genre that I dive into but the more I read the more I thought it was because of HOW it was written.

The idea behind this book is simply amazing, I now want to read more about these girls, more about patients like Ebb Cade. Unfortunately some of the phrases felt.... stilted and weirdly written.
