This book pulled me in from the very beginning. Evaline was a strong female protagonist and I loved her! I loved the romance within this book as well. I can't wait to see where their relationship goes in the books to come. 

The one thing I couldn't stand was how Evaline and Maddox just wouldn't be honest with each other. The whole book was just them keeping secrets from each other for no reasons.
