This beautiful graphic novel has been broken up into six parts for us reviewers. I can not wait to see the fully bound book. Issue 1.1 starts us on the journey of Maika. She is an imprisoned slave to the Cumaea, but she has plans to break away. There is a war between the Arcana and the Cumaea (Human Federation). While the Cumaea are considered human they are called witches by the Arcana. Why, not quite sure yet, but I am excited to find out. So far this story is still a mystery, but hopefully it will be solved in the next five issues.
