4/5: Whoa. This book was so intense. Emotional and impossible to put down. The book does a decent job of depicting the horror and intensity of a school shooting, and showing the multitude of factors that may be part of the picture. I could not put it down. I would have liked a decent exploration into the characters, but I think - for such a short book - it does a decent job of exploring their lives. I would have liked some sections written from the perspective of the shooter, though.
