Oh boy, I am PISSED !
The main characters in this were such a fucking cringefest that I literally barfed every time the male lead opened his mouth to call Opal some other weird shit like swan or sunshiney one *shudders*. Speaking of the lead female, this blithering idiot has the freaking audacity to swoon over, engage in lust-filled encounters, slake her overwhelmed female hormones with–and writhe beneath her father's murderer; whom she watched torture, slaughter and eat the heart of her beloved parent. I–*is fucking stunned speechless*
AND THEN THIS HOE TRIES TO SEDUCE AND PLAY SOME MESSED-UP LUST GAME WITH HIM WHEN SHE REALIZES "OH MY GOODNESS, WOE IS ME, I'M JUST A SILLY PATHETIC USELESS BRATTY PRINCESS WITH BIRD POOP FOR A BRAIN WHOSE ONLY PURPOSE IN LIFE IS TO BE A BROODMARE AND TOOL !
Moreover the description/prose in this book was so weird and awkward; it seemed really unsmooth, incoherent and made no sense at all. The writing in general was really poor, vague and extremely confusing.
I GIVE UP, I CANNOT !!!
I read more than halfway through and still didn't have the faintest fucking clue as to what was going on plot-wise...
I could go ranting on and on, but honestly can't be bothered. Eugh !!!

Thank heavens I stopped reading before I perished from cringe and second-hand-embarrassement ! A very very terribly unpleasant read and complete waste of time.
