I have been waiting for Vinnie's story. He has always been in the background at the WDMC, but we were given a bit of a glimpse of what his story might entail in the previous novella, Wild Ride.

Vinnie, aka Wolf's story is on that I have been itching for for a while, and it was even more than I could have hoped for.

He was not looking for an old lady. He was happy with his position in the WDMC, there was always a woman if he wanted one. But he didn't want "the one".

Until Shayla.

He wanted to "mate" with her from the minute he met her. In as many ways as possible. For as long as possible. And boy do things hot up!

I loved that he saw more than everyone else seemed to see about her. She wasn't just this spoiled brat diva that the men in her cousin Talon's club thought she was. And the more we learn the more I couldn't help be love her.

And her and Vinnie together was just something to behold.

There is plenty of suspense and drama in Wolf's Mate. Who are the good guys? Who can be trusted.

I freaking LOVE the banter between the WDMC ladies, with and about their men. Tracker had me in stitches at times.

Hopefully in the next book, these questions will be answered?

In the mean time, here are some puppies... because.. puppies (and this will make sense when you read this book).

The Wind Dragons series is one of only a couple of MC series that I will read these days. In a world where this genre has become oversaturated, WDMC just stands out for me.

And I can't wait for more.
