I loved this sophomore sequel to the Rebel Blue Ranch series by Lyla Sage! I loved the first book and knew I would love the next one in the series, and I was so right. Ada and Wes are so perfect and so perfect for EACH OTHER! I loved the representation of Wes having major depressive disorder and Ada having issues with people and socialization and fitting in. I absolutely LOVED how the author handled Wes's MDD, especially when it came to a spicy scene and he told Ada it may take him some time to get hard due to his antidepressant. It's not often that we such honesty and freely speaking about these subjects, so I thought this was a breath of fresh air. There were other moments too, where Ada handles Wes's MDD with so much grace and support and I just loved everything about it. I loved that this was short and sweet but had everything you could want. I missed our side characters and was so happy to see them again. Wes was such a sweetheart and Ada appeared to others as cold, but she was such an intelligent and amazing person and I'm so glad Wes saw that when she thought no one else could. I do wish it could have been longer because I felt like some things were skimmed over (her relationship with her ex and him reaching out; this was basically just brushed over) but aside from that, I really loved this! I cannot wait for the next book in the series because we are finally getting TEDDY AND GUS!
