Crier's War
by Nina Varela
Oh my goodness! So this book wasn't on my radar at all until it showed up in my OwlCrate box, but it was AMAZING! I loved it so much!
And I love that at no time in this book is anyone treated shamefully for being queer. It's just a fact that some people are interested in people of the same sex. It was all cool! Like, Ayla and Crier are "forbidden", but it's not because they both identify as women!
I'm looking forward to more in this series!
