This reread was amazing. I’ve always enjoyed the complexities of this book the most in terms of politics and such because you can tell Suzanne put a lot of thought into it. It’s hard to think about the fact that Katniss and Peeta are basically 17 since during the last games they were 16.. Reminding myself of this constantly along with the wedding and pregnancy truly just intensifies how messed up this world has become that these young adults resort to this. An impactful book 110% still to this day.
