Her Royal Highness

This is SO FREAKING CUTE please let me sit in this world of gay princesses forever, nowhere else can ever make me happy again
I loved almost everything about this, the characters are fantastic, I love the humour and the relationships between all the characters, the setting is gorgeous, it’s all spectacular. The only thing, as many others have pointed out, is the pacing is waaay off. It’s extremely quick, and I was genuinely shocked when the narrator of the audiobook started reading out the acknowledgments. The ending didn’t feel like an ending at all, and the book probably could have used another 20 pages at least. But regardless, I still absolutely adored this!
