Fall for You
by Keira Marcos
Book safety, content warnings, and tropes down below.
This was almost really good, and I enjoyed most of it, but the ending was just really disappointing. It had a good (if unoriginal) plot, and the dialogue and witty banter made me chuckle a few times. I really enjoyed the characters. But then the ending happened: spoilers below ⬇️
They talked about mating (bite) several times, but it doesn’t actually happen during the book. Riley doesn’t shift. Marcus shifts like once I think. There’s no epilogue. It felt like the author got bored with the story and couldn’t be bothered to finish it properly.
