I don't get it. I really don't get this story at all.
Admittedly, I haven't read that many short stories and maybe they're just not my thing, but I really couldn't make much sense of this one.
But there are people who love this story to death. If one of those people could explain what makes this such a great story, I'd love to hear it. I'm really curious.
