this wasn’t really my kind of short story.
for a number of different things reasons.

most of them would spoil how this story is build up so i won’t say it but look up triggers!

the constant back and forth between POVs and the issues and problems each of those characters had were just too much for a short story for me to enjoy.

the writing was fine. the plot and how it was okay but could have been less jumpy and that would have been a better read for me.

i liked how this ended in the sense that i always agree that people like the ones mentioned in the book got what they deserved and there is no need for an investigation or punishment for anyone involved with what happened.

that is honestly for me the best part of this entire story

i think it always depends on what you like in your short stories and how you enjoy them.

i learned that i like following one character and their story because it’s too short a read for me to be interested in learning about different characters and all of the stuff in under 60 pages.

so if you do like getting more than one story and more than one mystery and being told all that in a non linear way?
go for this story!
