- Formatting was confusing to understand initially since it reads in columns versus rows
- cute dog in the story!
- plotlines were not robust, making the story hard to engage with
- Author's note at the end helped to explain the chapters, however, I think it would have served better as a "note to the reader" in the beginning of the book
