I read this in bits and pieces, but a big chunk in one sitting. I think it's an important story for my library, because it treats homelessness with such kindness, and I like to have books with characters that deal with MS because we have a support group that meets at my library. I wasn't distracted by Crenshaw, like some of my friends were. I just accepted him as being part of the story. He was there to help Jackson, and he would come and go as needed. I enjoyed it.
