This book was such an intriguing read. I hadn’t seen it around a lot, but I’m so glad Dawn added it to my radar. The dual POV’s kept me hooked, as I was constantly wondering how, or if, they would connect.
The story centers on women who were unknowingly being taken advantage of, and one woman, Jessa, who uncovers the truth and becomes an advocate for them. This story is both educational and eye-opening, shedding light on the chilling realities of pre-war eugenics. I found myself unable to put the book down, deeply engaged by the compelling characters and the powerful subject matter.
Highly recommend.
