3.5 ☆ - FINALLY this book is finished omfg

i think this book would be perfect for stephen king fans (wendig doesn't shy away from making it clear that king was one of his main inspirations for this novel). personally, stephen king's writing doesn't really work for me. although i think wendig's writing is more up my alley, i still ended up losing interest because this book is just SO DAMN LONG

could've been great if it was 250 pages shorter lmao
