This series have become one of my favorites.
I love the world, the blend of magic and technology. I love how Jamie is trying to bring earth technology and inventions to this new world. I love the partnership that grows between her and Henri.

And I love how this is solid police work kind of story. Not just a main character getting lucky and fumbling into solving the case.
