2.5. I don't know if I like this or not. Like I like Dick (HAHA) but I don't love the actual characters around him. When the story is focused on him only (Issue 2-3 being the best of the bunch) it's very interesting. His talks with Bruce are also great. I can't hate on the art either, it's all clean and nice.
However on the flipside the boring side character, exposition out the ass, and the silly end game there hinting at in each issue seems so "James Bond" but not in a good way. It's just a bit over the top. So check it out but it's nothing to write home about.
