While this one did feel A bit slower at times, I ended up really enjoying Lainey and Kirov's story. 

This is probably the first book where our couple dealt with real issues regarding trust and the uncertainty of their relationship. I actually really liked how there was mistrust on both sides (rather than 100% certainty on the males side, leaving him to convince the FMC of their bond.) This one was definitely a bit more angsty than the previous books.
