NOT MY REVIEW, BUT REASONATES WITH me:
It felt a little hippy dippy there at the end.
Part 1 and 2 of the book was really informative about different types of people on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and different types of realtionships. It was more of a relationship self help part of the book. I really liked that part of the book.
Part 3 and 4 was on communication and poly relationships. Communication is key in any relationship and gave great advice. The this is how you should open your relationship had great advice but it seemed a bit repetitive.

Very good. I’m not personally into poly at this time in my life, but this was an illuminating read about so much more than just polyamory.

Lot of great advice around communication and boundaries. How to navigate difficult conversations and situations. What sex is and can be. Don’t go thinking opening up a relationship will make a bad situation better. It’s likely it will just add napalm to a smoldering fire.

Loved the parts about owning your shit and how to discuss the messy parts of relationships. And I think it’s immensely applicable to any relationship, poly, enm, or monag.
