TJR does it again! While it took me a bit to settle into the multiple POV & time periods, I really ended up enjoying how this book gave backstory from years ago while also being about one life changing night in the present. I loved that all the members of the dysfunctional & Rivas took us along for their experiences, hopes, & fears. The book was emotional, frustrating, hilarious, & everything in between. Overall I enjoyed yet another TJR book!

PS - I see you coming for The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and mentioning Celia St. James in this book! I definitely enjoyed having some crossover references in this book.
