I’ve loved this series so much but I think the author kicked things up a few notches with this one, it was SO good! There has been a mystery running throughout this series and the Sullivan one and this installment provided a lot of insight and answers to questions I’ve been sooo curious about. Veda and Royal were one of those unlikely matches that actually work perfectly together and I loved their chemistry and overall dynamic. She’s a black cat and he’s a golden retriever and they embody those tropes to perfection. The author writes some of the best spicy scenes and this was no exception, so so hot! If you like small town, some suspense, quirky residents, secret relationships and spicy lessons this was so fun
